The Bistrot de Venise was founded in 1993 and is a hangout and meeting place where visual arts, poetry and classical culture are combined with simplicity, to food and wine.
Recommended by Michelin and some of the most influential and prestigious Italian and international gastronomic guidebooks, from 1999 started a research into Rare Wines and Historical Venetian Cuisine, strengthening the concept of applying culture to local and regional Gastronomy and Wine.
Inside we find the armchairs Tress 1240 PO finished in a classic style with a special “capitonnè” quilted upholstery, to better adapt to the Venetian environment.
